Ingredients
Azucena Tortillas
2 nopales, clean, diced
¼ onion, finely chopped
Coriander
1 tea spoon of olive oil or sunflower oil
6 Azucena tortillas
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Boil water in a pot. nopales are added and left in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes.
In a pan, fry onion in the oil. When the nopales are ready they are strained and added to the pan.
Season with salt and pepper. And finally add the coriander
Heat the tortillas in a pan.
