1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
2. Cut the Azucena tortillas into triangles (6 triangles per tortilla), arrange them on a pre-greased baking sheet with coconut oil spray.
3. Spray a little spray on both sides of the tortillas and a little sea salt and put them in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until you see that they brown, turn them over and repeat the procedure.
4. Take the nachos out to cool.
