Potato Flautas

The ideal dish for rich ingredients combine with your omelettes Azucena. Children and adults love them, you’ll need to prepare many that will end very quickly.

-3 medium potatoes, peeled
-¼ cup milk
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 cup canola oil
-Tortillas Azucena
-1 cream container
-2 cups lettuce, shredded
-1 tomato, cut into slices
-1 cup Cotija, Crumbled
-1 fresh cheese (Striped)
– 1 Avocado


  1. Boil the potatoes in a pan for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  2. Place potatoes, milk, salt and pepper in a container. Pisa all over with a fork until it is like a mashed potato.
  3. Place canola oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Place 1 tablespoon of preparation of mashed potatoes in a tortilla and roll. Place the tortilla on the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Remove from heat and place them on a plate with paper towels to absorb oil
  4. Join them flutes and served with cream, lettuce, tomato, grated panela cheese and avocado.
