Ingredients

  • Azucena Tortilla chips
  • Coconut oil spray
  • grain salt
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of Black Beans
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (our favorite is Fage)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and cut into squares. Bring to gild in a frying pan with coconut oil until fully cooked.
  2. Cut tomato, onion and diced jalapeno making a peak rooster
  3. In a baking pre-oiled with coconut oil and accommodates nachos placed above each beans, chicken, a little peak cock and above some shredded cheese. Mete to the oven until the cheese melts and pulls cool.
